service is the most convenient way for you to find your new home. You will work one-on-one
with a RENTIMES consultant to create a detailed profile of the kind of place you
are looking for. Then leave the rest up to us! All you have to do is go to the
appointments that we set up and choose the place that suits you. RENTIMES PLUS
also carries a $100 refund should you find a place on your own during your membership,
plus you will receive a $49 RENTIMES membership at no extra charge.

We have developed relationships with literally tens of
thousands of property owners and management companies who list their
vacant houses, guest houses, apartments and condos in our bi-weekly
publication.
If you obtain a rental without the assistance of RENTIMES PLUS during the term of your
membership, you are eligible for a $100.00 refund upon completion of your
Refund Request Form and RENTIMES PLUS two week processing time.

All refund requests must be made in writing and be accompanied by a copy of the rental
agreement for your new residence along with a self-addressed stamped envelope and a
copy of your original full price membership receipt or your credit card statement
showing said purchase.

If you join RENTIMES PLUS and your application for a property is denied due to
delinquent credit history, previous evictions, or other aspects of your background that
are beyond our control, you will not be eligible for a refund of your RENTIMES PLUS
membership.

the San Fernando Valley. They are ordered according to price and include
